Syzik builds spec homes, multi-unit developments, apartments, basements, and extensions. We will help you through every step of completing your project from the initial design phases through to brushing up the last pile of dirt from your driveway. Plus we make the whole process of construction as hassle-free as possible by treating you with respect, and creating a family atmosphere on site. Almost all of the tradesmen that Syzik works with have been with us from the beginning. Your job will be their top priority, and they will treat your home like it is their own.

At Syzik we believe that reputation is the most important quality for a building contractor to possess. Other things are important too, like the quality and the skill of the tradespeople you work with, your approach to customer service, and your adherence to budgets and deadlines. But all of this feeds into the ultimate measure of a builder – his reputation.
Syzik is proud of the work that we have completed since 2004, and we value the friendships that we have built up with clients over those years. Most of all, however, we are proud of our reputation.
Reputation is not built up by businesses, though – it is built up by people. At Syzik that started with founder Sam Kairouz, a perfectionist who demands the highest quality of work from his team of tradespeople in order to deliver a top quality job for his clients.

Sam often says: “My Integrity is not for sale, it is the most prized possession I own." But what does that mean for your construction project? It means your job will be one of only a handful that Syzik is working on so that Sam and other key members of the team can devote the right amount of time to getting the job done right. It also means that all administration such as estimating, purchase orders, supplier management, and the coordination of tradesmen is done in-house. And it means everyone at Syzik will be focused on the detail of your build to make sure it is perfect. You will even see Sam with his hands dirty if needed.
